RAZOR RESOURCES APPOINTS FORMER GULF OIL ENGINEERING PRO TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

30-Year Oil and Gas Veteran, Steven E. Fisher, Joins Razor Team

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA - June 9, 2008 - Razor Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: RZOR), an oil and gas exploration company, announced today that Steven E. Fisher, a respected oil and gas professional with more than 30 years experience as a CEO, operations manager, and engineer, has joined its Board of Directors. This appointment brings the total number of directors to three.
